Just a few minutes from Frankfurt’s city centre, the VITOPIA urban quarter is being built at the Kaiserlei roundabout in Offenbach by 2020. In addition to the 278 flats, this includes large areas for a data centre, local supply, services and a hotel. Social follow-up facilities with the highlight of a swimming pool that is also available for school sports and a day care centre round off the mix of uses and integrate the neighbourhood development into the urban fabric. The planned utilisation concept will contribute significantly to the upgrading of the Kaiserlei location.
