The sixth house of Leonardo Hotels Central Europe in Hamburg is being built in the Altona district. The Leonardo Hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2021, at the latest at the beginning of 2022. The owner is HWS Immobilien undVermögensverwaltung GmbH, which was also responsible for the architectural planning. The planned new building covers 7,000 square meters on six floors. There are 191 rooms on the top five floors, while an open lobby with restaurant and bar is located on the first floor. In addition, the house has a conference room, which extends over 120 square meters. The hotel is classified in the 3-star segment. The location is close to the Hamburg-Altona train station and the A7 motorway.
