Husum Shopping Center The retail real estate specialist Prelios Immobilien Management, based in Hamburg, is developing and leasing a shopping center in downtown Husum on behalf of Husum Shopping Center GmbH and will subsequently take over the center management. Plans call for approximately 12,000 square feet of leasable space and completion in fall 2019. The footprint of the very centrally located shopping center is to include the former Hertie department store on Großstraße and an existing parking garage. A two-story parking garage with approximately 660 parking spaces is also planned as the central parking garage in Husum. Project planning has been carried out in close coordination with the city’s authorities and committees.
