A five-storey residential building with different flat sizes is being planned for the Baugenossenschaft Bergedorf-Bille eG. Flexible housing design and barrier-free development allow for a broad tenant structure. In the house Stuhlrohrstraße 1, barrier-free housing units for residential groups are planned. A total of 96 residential units are being built, 30% of which are subsidised. The flats meet the IFB’s barrier-reduced standard. In keeping with the neighbourhood concept, the residential development is accessed via the inner courtyard. This creates an additional outdoor space quality in Bergedorf’s urban space and is enlivened by its access function.
